How do I get started?
After you sign up we’ll contact you to schedule our first brainstorming session over the phone. We can even help you create topics for all your email campaigns. If you have questions now, you can certainly give us a call at (303) 250-5239.
What do you need from me?
You will need to provide a spreadsheet of your contacts. First and last names are preferable, but all we really need are the email addresses. We also need a name and email address of someone from your company. This person will represent your business in the FROM section of the email.
Is it really only $99?
Yes. As long as your database is 250 people or less, $99 will cover everything; design, list management, graphics, copywriting, email delivery and reporting. Please let us know if you have a larger list. It’s still very affordable to send great looking email campaigns to lists over 250 (500 email addresses is only $15 extra).
Will I be able to see who opens my emails?
Absolutely. You will have your own account with direct access to all the juicy data. Your account dashboard will include metrics such as open rates, bounces, popular links, unsubscribes, who clicked what and a whole lot more.
When will you send out the email?
Email previews will be designed and reviewed during the first week of every month. We will plan on sending them out near the middle of the month. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are the best days of the week to send out email campaigns, so we’ll plan accordingly.
Is there a contact?
No. You will be able to access your account from our website and cancel or suspend your subscription at anytime. Account information will be created during the checkout process. We encourage you to stick with the six month schedule, but you’re not stuck in a contract.
